Matthew Lattarulo
Founder, Home Inspector
Matt was born and raised in Fairfield County. He has always had a love for mechanical systems. He spent several years studying mechanical engineering at SUNY Maritime and UCONN. He then transitioned into the home inspection industry, where he’s been involved for the past 6 years. He holds the coveted title of Certified Master Inspector®, having performed over 2000 inspections. Matt is proud and happy to provide you with a quality inspection. When he’s not inspecting, you can probably find him outside riding his bicycle around various parts of Connecticut and New York.
Thomas Lattarulo
Home Inspector
Tom is a Fairfield county native who has always had a passion for learning and working on mechanical systems. He has an extensive background in automotive and bicycle servicing that he has been able to transition and hone his skills into evaluating residential and commercial building practices. Tom brings his in-depth technical knowledge, first class customer service skills, and positive and friendly demeanor to our clients everyday. When Tom isn’t working, he enjoys spending his time tinkering on small engines and participating in various power sport activities.
