New Construction Inspection

New Construction Inspection

A new construction inspection is typically scheduled before a closing. This inspection ensures the home is completed and everything was functioning properly. Even though a home is new, deficiencies are still discovered during an inspection.

Defects found during our 11 month warranty new construction inspection can be brought to the attention of the builder.

Many people believe that just because a home is new, it’s in perfect condition. This false belief can cost you money and cause headaches down the road. We aim to catch problems during the home construction inspection period so the builder can address them right away.

How much does a new construction inspection cost?

A new construction inspection doesn’t cost, it pays! Don’t let price be the #1 factor in choosing a home inspector, or worse, using it as an excuse to not get one at all. The information you receive from our home inspection services is too valuable when purchasing a home you are not familiar with and have not had time to identify possible deficiencies. Especially when a typical home can cost several hundred thousand to millions of dollars. In fact, it’s not uncommon to have a builder repair items found during the inspection. With that being said, the cost of a new construction inspection is different for every property and depends on what additional services you would like to have completed with your inspection. To get an exact cost and book your inspection please give us a call today at (203) 349-1353.

How soon can I schedule a home inspection?

We usually have next-day availability or at the most, one to two days out.
